5. Use of Funds

100% of raised capital is allocated to project development:

- 65%: Construction materials and labor

- 15%: Engineering, architecture, permits

- 10%: Marketing and sales

- 10%: Reserve and contingencies

6. Exit Strategy

The project will be sold unit-by-unit over a 24–30 month period . Investors will receive their principal plus accumulated returns upon completion of sales. We offer investors the possibility to roll over their gains into future projects with priority terms.
